OUR MINISTRIES:

CASA VERDE:  is a missionary house that hosts team of international missionaries.  By having a facility that can host small teams up to twenty people; we can efficiently manage teams of missionaries to work on our community projects. 

RADIO FE LOVE: is a Christian Radio Network that empowers pastors to have a platform to teach the gospel in their local market, while maintaining a network of professional programming though out the day.

DREAMERS: is a tutoring program that allows children dream for their future, a future where they can effectively change their country. Helping them with school work and life goals.

CAFÉ INTERNET: is an internet café which provides research for school kids at reasonable prices.  It is very community oriented and has programs to help those who do not know how to use the internet, children and adults.

CASA VERDE 2:  is a large house with six rooms and cooking and dining facilities, also includes a large property saturated in tropical trees, fruits and palm trees.  bring your tent and Back-Pac and enjoy a great weekend camp

MISSION:

Shofar Ministries exists to be a platform for launching ministries into Guatemala.  Though our sponsors we fund community mission projects working along side the Evangelical Christian Church.  We encourage youth to go out and make a difference.

VISION:

To empower youth and young adults to seek out community related projects and provide a launching platform for those people who have a vision for mission projects; to seek out funding and sponsors for community related projects, such as working with special needs children, street kids, orphanages, and families.

SOMOS:

Shofar Ministries works together with the local church community for a common interest in Evangelical Missions. 

Shofar Ministries, a licensed importer in Guatemala, allows us to import  items such as, clothes, household domestics, electronics, relief supplies, pharmaceuticals and more to help with our relief projects.    

Shofar Ministries receives international missionaries to work in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala.  Shofar Ministries works closely with the mayor, city hall, the health department, the local government of Guatemala, as well as the local churches.  We have taken on projects such as installing electricity in schools, taking relief supplies to flood victims, painting churches, and many other various projects to help the elderly and the local orphanage. These are only some of our projects, as our vision is always growing!
